As independent loss adjusters, Freemans is appointed by insurance
companies or their authorised agents to assist in gathering
information necessary to assess insurance claims.
With this information the insurers will then be able to make
assessments within the policy conditions.
Without this information assessments may be delayed, and/or
the claims possibly not paid.

In the course of carrying out our work, it may be necessary
to record personal details.
This is only for the purpose of correctly identifying the
policy involved and the appropriate coverage, along with verification
of loss.
Freemans will only collect the relevant information needed.
This could be factual information regarding a claim including,
as appropriate, details of property, circumstances, cause
of loss and resultant damage.
Freemans limits the release of personal information, unless
required by law.
Personal information is protected by strong security controls
and only authorised staff are permitted to access that information.
Medical information is confidential, unless required by law
or authorised by the individual.
